Our Role
AQ Talent were brought in to support the internal recruitment function by sourcing high-quality entry-level sales talent into the business. This has been a key driver of the company’s growth over recent years.
In order to secure the best talent from the UK university scene, the team work nearly a year advance to target relevant profiles, before engaging in outreach, company promotion, and ultimately role screening.
Over the past 8 years we’ve successfully recruited talent into all of Softcat’s UK offices and into a number of sales-focused roles. During this time the team have managed to maintain a 1:2 placement rate.
